Privacy Policy
We keep all information confidential, and do not sell your
information to anyone outside Terry Madden's Watercolor
Workshop. We do, from time to time, work together with other
product manufacturers to provide you with product offers we
believe may be beneficial to you. However, we do not sell or
release any information to any other company or entity - it
is all kept confidential.
Refund Policy
Terry Madden's Watercolor Workshop has a 30-day, 100% money
back guarantee on all of its products for retail customers.
If a retail customer is dissatisfied with the product(s) for
any reason, within thirty (30) days of the sale the product
may be returned for full credit with the exception of DVDs.
All opened DVDs may be returned within 30 days for a 20%
re-stocking fee.
Retail customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number
("RA#") and the return address. The RA# must appear on each
package returned to Terry Madden's Watercolor Workshop. If
any product is returned to Terry Madden's Watercolor
Workshop without a Return Authorization Number on the
outside of the shipping box, it will be rejected and
returned at the customer's cost.
DVDs
Unopened DVDs can be returned for full credit. Opened DVDs
may be returned with a 20% re-stocking fee. |
